World Thinking Day

World Thinking Day is an annual Girl Scout Event.  Sophie's troop had theirs last night.  Each level did a presentation on a different country & its culture.  Sophie is a Brownie, and they did Bolivia.  They did a lot of work on it.  They read many books, drew drawings, made a big poster presentation, cooked empanadas (a traditional Bolivian food, meat wrapped in a pastry crust), learned a Bolivian dice game (which Yahtzee originated from), and learned a fantastic Bolivian dance, which they performed to begin their presentation!
