Transitioning

Well, Sophie has been back over in the "step down" side for a couple
days. She seemed pretty fussy yesterday and the day before, but today
has been much better.

We've been kind of in limbo as far as when we'll be going home. We
think Tuesday is the goal, but nobody has confirmed it yet. They are
going to give her 60 day shots, so that will be taken care of. And we
learned that there is a discharge coordinator that will help us figure
out all of her followup appointments with the specialists. Basic care
will transfer to her pediatrician, who we get to meet soon.

Other than that, we probably won't learn anything new til Monday. It
is nice seeing Sophie without a tube down her nose, and not having to
constantly keep her hands wrapped up or away from her face. I'm sure
she feels better without it, too.
