coming week

Well, we've got a lot going on this week. First, I have to talk to the pediatrician tomorrow because it seems like the reflux medicine isn't really helping. I think the next step is that he will send us to a GI doc. I hope we can figure something out because it's hard seeing her having these difficulties. And Sophie is getting to where she refuses to even try to take the 2 bottles a day she gets. But we still have to try, and that is frustrating for all of us.

Then we have to go see the cardiologist on Wednesday. It will have been 3 weeks since she weighed in and we got her new powerfeeding plan that we've been following. We haven't weighed her since. She looks a little chunkier, but it's hard to tell. I don't know if the dr will do more heart tests, or if this is just to measure weight gain, but it will be good to get her input.

Finally, on Friday we have another swallow study that was scheduled before we got sent home. With her feeding and reflux issues, I don't think this could have come at a better time. That's it for now. I know I haven't been posting much, but we've been in kind of a wait&see mode, plus there's just not a whole lot of free time right now.
