Third time's a charm?
Well, we're starting on the third medication from the new GI doc. The
first two were supposed to help with motility. The theory that things
were not moving out of her tummy fast enough, and they were supposed
to help it squeeze and empty it out. We didn't think that was the
problem, but were willing to give it a shot. They didn't seem to help,
so now we're trying a new one called periactin. He said this is given
to kids after some stomach surgeries that have lots of vomiting and
retching, and it helps calm the tummy down and help it stretch.
Sounds good to us.

Feeding itself is going well. Sophie is still receptive, and we think
she would take a lot more a lot faster if she could keep it all down.
This weekend we'll be making another road trip to San Antonio.
